Our shop is tucked away in the Sunil Shopping Centre on J P Road. If you know Andheri West, you know how busy it gets around here. We've been at this spot for some time now. People usually find us when they're walking through the center or looking for something specific. We don't do much advertising; mostly just people from the neighborhood stopping by. It's a small place, sometimes it gets a bit crowded with stock, but we know where everything is. The name Aarti Reliable comes from wanting to be a place people can actually count on. We see a lot of faces every day, from shopkeepers nearby to families living in the back streets. Work starts early and ends late, especially with the evening rush on J P Road. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us behind the counter. Sometimes we're busy on the phone, other times we're just chatting with a regular customer. It's a basic setup, really. We just try to keep things moving and make sure anyone who walks in gets what they need without any fuss. It’s a lot of standing around and talking, but it’s what we do. If you're ever near the shopping centre, you'll see us there. We might be having tea when you walk in, but we will put it down and help you out straight away because we know your time is important.
