Job Solution

Job Solution is our small office located in Malad West on Abbigere Main Road 1. It is a basic place where we spend most of our hours looking through lists and talking to people who are looking for work. The street outside is always full of activity, which is good because it brings people in who might need a hand finding a steady job. We aren't one of those big, polished recruitment firms you see in the city center. We are just a few people sitting at desks with a lot of printed resumes and notebooks. We listen to what people can do and try to find a place that needs them. Sometimes it is frustrating when there aren't enough openings, but we keep looking anyway. The office has a few chairs for people to wait in, and the walls are a bit plain. We don't bother with fancy decorations or mission statements. We just focus on the task at hand. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking in with local businesses to see if they have any spots available. It is a very practical business. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. People in Malad West know us as the place to go when you are between jobs. We don't promise anything we can't do, we just try our best to help out whoever walks through the door on Abbigere Main Road.
