Iplace Manpower. Our office is at No. 24/46 in the Apurva Estate on Makwana Road. We are in Moral Naka, Andheri East. This part of Mumbai is always moving fast. Outside the estate, the traffic on Makwana Road can be a real headache. Inside, we have a basic office setup with several desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with manpower, so our day is mostly spent going through stacks of resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It can get pretty loud when we have a lot of interviews happening at the same time. The walls are plain and we have a few clocks on them. It’s a functional space, not a luxury office. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit with the Mumbai heat, so we keep a few small fans on the desks. We've been in Moral Naka for some time and we know the local business scene well. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. We just try to match people with the jobs that are available. It’s a lot of phone calls and data entry. Most days we stay late to finish up the paperwork. It’s just the reality of the recruitment business in a busy place like Andheri East.
