We’re based out of Borivali, focusing on helping people find work. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don’t have a massive office building; we just work from a modest space where we can keep our files and meet people. Recruitment is mostly about listening to what someone needs and trying to find it. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, calling up companies or checking in with candidates. We deal with all sorts of industries. Borivali is a big place, and there are always businesses looking for help. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help a few people get a paycheck and help owners get their work done. It gets busy, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We try to keep it organized, but it’s a lot of data to manage. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon. If someone is looking for a clerk or a driver or a manager, we just look through our list and see who is available. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of our clients are local folks who know they can just give us a call. We just stay focused on the task and try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door or rings us up. It is not always easy to find the perfect person, but we keep trying until something clicks.
