We work out of Flat No. 8, Room 19, on the second floor of the Moos Building. It is located at 514 Kalbadevi Road in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know Kalbadevi is always packed with people, carts, and traffic. The building itself is quite old and has that classic Mumbai feel to it. Getting up to the second floor involves some narrow stairs, and the hallway is usually filled with the sounds of other businesses nearby. Inside our space, it’s a bit of a squeeze with all the desks and computers, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about the latest news and information we are processing. It gets very loud outside with the honking and the shouting from the market, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a fancy sign. It’s just an old-fashioned office space where we put in our hours. The windows are usually open to let some air in, though that also lets in the city dust. We have our routine of coming in, getting the coffee started, and diving into the work. It’s a busy environment because of where we are located, but we like being in the heart of the city. There’s always something happening right outside our door. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind in our little corner of Mumbai.
