David Cottage is a bit of a landmark around here because it’s an older house converted into a workspace. It’s got a lot more character than those modern office buildings. We like the feel of working in Kochgaon. It’s a bit more laid back than the city center. The office inside the cottage is a bit of a maze. We have desks tucked into different corners and cables running along the floor boards. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon gets really bad, so we have to move the computers around. We’ve been part of the Ambernath West community for quite some time. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a rickshaw to work. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment. We spend a lot of time just brainstorming and drinking tea on the small porch. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and sketches lying everywhere, but that’s just how we work. David Cottage has been our home base for a long time, and we’re quite used to its quirks by now. It’s just a group of people doing creative work in a quiet corner of Kamlakarnagar. We don't mind the noise from the street much because we're usually focused.
