We’re located in room 203 of the Green Plaza Building, right across from the Ayyappa Temple in Bangur Nagar. Goregaon West is a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside. Our office is where the digital work happens. It’s full of screens and people wearing headphones most of the time. We aren’t really into the fancy corporate look, so the office feels more like a workshop for digital stuff. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We spend hours looking at pixels and fixing things that don't look right. Being across from the temple is nice because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of suits walking around. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts while we work. We’ve got a lot of hard drives and cables lying around. It’s just the way we do things here. Sometimes we take a break and go down to the street to grab a vada pav. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Mumbai. We focus on the digital tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the workload. There’s no big secret to how we work, just a lot of time spent in front of monitors. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one until the day ends.
