Our Pune office for Graffiti India Pvt. Ltd is in Vishrantwadi. We are in the Kumar Samrudhi building, specifically building number 404 in the P2 wing. Tingare Nagar is the local area. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic in Pune can be a real test of patience sometimes. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s a functional space where we handle our regional work. We’ve got a small team of dedicated people here. We don't have any formal mission statements or big posters with motivational quotes. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to get through them. The building is a bit tucked away from the main road, so it’s relatively quiet. We like that because it lets us focus. Most of our work involves a lot of coordination and planning. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management. It’s just us, working on our projects and making sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big deadline, and other times we’re out the door right on time. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a break room; we just use the local tea stalls nearby. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We’ve been at this address for a while and it works well for us. There is no corporate polish here, just the actual work getting done.
