Witmans Industries

We’ve been over here at Kamaldeep Industrial Estate for quite a while now. If you head up to the second floor of building 209 in Goregaon East, that is where you’ll find us. It’s an old-school industrial spot, nothing fancy or modern about the building itself. Most days the stairs are a bit of a workout for everyone, but we are used to the climb by now. The hallway gets a bit narrow when we have crates coming in or going out, but we make it work. Around here, the noise of the machines and the traffic from the main road is just part of the daily background. We spend most of our time dealing with oils and specialty chemicals, making sure the drums are filled and the labels are put on straight. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but the big fans keep the air moving enough for us to stay focused. We aren't a big flashy corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk or back in the storage area checking the inventory. We know the neighbors pretty well, the guys downstairs and the small shop across the way. Lunch usually happens at the small stalls nearby or someone brings a tiffin from home to share. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. We just focus on getting the orders out to the clients without too much fuss.
