Udey Instruments

We are situated in the Damji Shamji Industrial Complex. It’s right off Mahakali Caves Road. If you know the area, it's quite industrial and there's always something going on. We work with different kinds of instruments. It’s a lot of testing and calibration. The space is filled with tools and measuring devices. It’s not the quietest building, but it’s where we do our best work. We’ve been in this complex for quite some time now. Room 104 is where you’ll find us. We deal with various sectors that need precise measurements. Sometimes the air gets a bit dusty from the surrounding units, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just desks, workbenches, and shelves full of equipment. Most of our staff have been around for years and know the instruments inside out. We spend the morning going through the logs and the afternoon actually working on the hardware. It's practical work. People come to us when their gauges or meters aren't acting right. We just take it apart, see what's wrong, and fix it. It's a straightforward way to earn a living and we like the location because it's central for our regular clients. There's a canteen nearby where we usually get our lunch, and the tea there is pretty good, which helps get us through the longer afternoons.
