Our place is located at Plot No. R-216/217 on 4th Road in the T.T.C. - MIDC area. It’s a big industrial zone, and we fit right in with the rest of the workshops and factories nearby. We work on machines here, so there is always a lot of grease and the sound of heavy metal moving around during the shifts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your Sunday best or anything light-colored. We have a crew that’s been with us through thick and thin, and we all just get on with it. We don’t really do fancy presentations or powerpoint meetings. Most of the time, we’re just looking at machine parts and trying to get things to run smoothly for whoever needs them. The building isn't brand new, and it has some wear and tear, but it’s sturdy and holds all our gear. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes staying late into the evening if a project is giving us trouble. It's just what we do to keep things moving. The 4th Road is usually busy with trucks and other workers, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there or win any awards; we just want to get the job done right and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical life, and we’re perfectly okay with that. The coffee machine breaks sometimes, but the machines we build usually don't.
