Wich Latte

We started Wich Latte a while back in Kandivali West, specifically over by Highway Sari at Sanand 47. Our shop is not very big, just a small corner where we put out some chairs and started serving anyone who walked by. Most folks who come in are living nearby or they might just be passing through on the highway. We make sandwiches and different types of lattes without doing anything fancy. Because of all the traffic outside, it gets pretty loud sometimes, but that is just how things go around here. There is not a big team behind us, only a few of us making sure the coffee stays hot and the bread is fresh. If the milk delivery is late, we have to run out to get more, which can be a real scramble. Keeping the place tidy is important to us, even if it looks like a working kitchen most of the time. People seem to appreciate that it is just a regular spot to sit and relax for a bit. We don't do fancy latte art, we just pour the drink and serve it. It is a decent place to grab a bite if you are in the area. Our time here at Sanand 47 has been good and we know most of our neighbors by now. Running a straightforward business like this is what we do day by day. We aren't trying to change the world, just serving decent lattes to our customers.
