Brio - Fast Food & Coffee Shop

Brio - Fast Food & Coffee Shop is located at A/3 in the Sahajeevan Co-Op. Housing Society in Mumbai. Since we are right in a housing society, we get a lot of local residents coming in for their morning coffee or a quick bite in the evening. It’s a cozy little spot, nothing like those big international chains you see at the malls. We have a few tables, a counter where we make the drinks, and the smell of toasted bread and coffee beans is always hanging around. It gets quite noisy when the school kids come by or when the office workers finish their shift. We spend a lot of time cleaning up crumbs and washing mugs. The kitchen area is small, so we have to be very organized so we don't bump into each other. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up and we have to spend an hour fixing it while customers wait, which is always a bit stressful. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the people living in the society and the nearby buildings to stop by. We’ve been here at Sahajeevan for a while, and we know exactly how most of our regulars like their tea or coffee. It’s a lot of work being on your feet all day, but it feels good to see the same faces every afternoon. It’s just a local shop trying to serve decent food.
