Coffee

We've been here at E/49 Dhake Estate for a while now. Most mornings start early because Caesar Road gets pretty busy with people heading toward Andheri. It's just a normal spot in Amboli. When we set up the Coffee shop, we didn't want anything too fancy. It’s mostly about getting the machines warmed up and making sure the floor is swept before the first few people walk in. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside it’s alright. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It’s not a big corporate place, just a small unit in the estate where we focus on what we do. The Mumbai humidity can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of work keeping things running, checking the supplies, and making sure the trash gets picked up on time. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads. It’s just us here on Caesar Road. If you know the area, you know where Dhake Estate is. It’s tucked away a bit. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors and keeping the place tidy. There’s always something to fix, whether it’s a leaky tap or a light bulb that went out. That's just how it is running a small business in Mumbai. We like the neighborhood and the people around here make the long hours worth it.
