We are located in the Trade World building, which is on the 9th floor in the B Wing. This is inside the Kamala Mills Compound in Lower Parel, Mumbai. It’s a very famous spot and there is always something going on. Being on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city but mostly we are just looking at our screens. Welspun Group, Mumbai has been here for a while. The compound is always full of cars and people, so getting in and out can take some time. Our office is just a normal place where we work. We don't have any of that modern decor you see in big tech companies. We just have what we need to get the job done. It’s a busy environment and the phones are usually ringing. We don’t have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the rains in Mumbai make it hard to get to work but we always manage to show up. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized. It’s a practical office for a hard-working team. We don't use any marketing talk because we don't really see the point. We’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s a typical Mumbai workplace with all the usual ups and downs of city life.
