Weizmann Ltd.

I’m Vinesh R. Madhvi and I run things from this location for Weizmann Ltd. We are based in the Samir building, specifically in flat 3/13. It’s in the Kastur Park area, which is off Shimpoli Road in Mumbai. Borivali is a crowded area, as anyone who lives in Mumbai knows. This is a residential-cum-commercial sort of spot, so it feels very lived-in. I’ve been here for quite some time now. The office is part of the neighborhood, really. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day when you look out the window. We deal with the usual business stuff that Weizmann handles, like travel or money things. It’s a lot of documents and phone calls throughout the day. The room is filled with folders and a desk that is usually covered in notes and little scraps of paper. Shimpoli Road is always busy with rickshaws and cars honking. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but you get used to the sound of the city after a while. We don't have a big marble lobby or a bunch of receptionists waiting to greet you. It’s just a straightforward place where we do our work. People from the nearby apartments often drop by if they have questions about their bookings. It’s a local way of doing things. I try to keep everything organized, but it’s a lot to manage alone sometimes. We just keep the doors open and do what needs to be done.
