Webex Communications India Pvt Ltd is situated in Mharal, which is out near Kalyan. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which actually makes it a bit nicer to work at. We are located near the Varap post office in the Kalyan taluka. It’s an area that is still growing, so you see a lot of changes happening around us all the time. Our work is mostly about communication systems and making sure everything connects the way it should. The office is a straightforward setup with lots of wires, computers, and testing equipment scattered around. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we are usually busy fixing things or setting up new lines. The team is a mix of people from around the Kalyan and Ulhasnagar area. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area we have. It’s not a corporate skyscraper environment. It’s more like a local workshop where everyone knows each other’s names. We deal with technical stuff every day, but we try to talk about it in a way that isn't confusing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but we are used to that. We just keep our heads down and make sure the communication lines stay open for our clients. It is honest work in a growing part of the district.
