Water Blue Food Services is based over in Bandra West on Maulana Azad Road. Even though the name sounds a bit formal because of the "Pvt Ltd" part, we are really just a small group of people working out of a modest office and kitchen space. We handle food services for various folks around the city. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Some mornings start really early, before the sun is even up, so we can get everything ready for the day. The traffic on Maulana Azad Road can be a real headache, but we’ve learned to work around it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from people who have used us before and liked what we did. We don't pretend to be some massive catering giant. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job. The kitchen can get pretty chaotic when there are multiple orders going out at once. We’ve had our fair share of burnt toast and spilled milk, but we just clean it up and keep moving. It’s a real job with real people. We don't use corporate talk because it just doesn't fit who we are. We are just here in Bandra, making sure the food gets where it needs to go.
