Our office for Wasi Cool Cab Services is over in Vikhroli West, right on Ghoddod Road. If you know the area, we’re pretty close to Kailash Complex. It’s a decent spot to be based out of because we can get to the highway fairly quickly, though the morning rush is always a bit of a headache. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. It’s mostly just us keeping track of the fleet and talking to drivers. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big uniforms or complicated apps, just a phone number and some reliable cars. The "cool" part of the name is important because nobody wants to be sweating while they’re stuck in a jam on the way to a meeting. We spend a lot of time checking the vehicles and making sure everything is running okay. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork and drivers coming in to check their schedules. It's a regular local business life. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years around Kailash Complex. New buildings come up, but the traffic stays the same. We just try to get people where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. If the car is clean and the driver knows the way, that’s usually enough for most people around Vikhroli. We have a small desk for the dispatcher and a couple of chairs for guests. It’s a practical space for a practical business.
