Siddhanath Cool Cab Services

Siddhanath Cool Cab Services is located at 8 Mulund East in the Mhada Colony, specifically on Plot No 29. This is a residential part of the city, so it feels a lot different than the loud commercial areas of Mumbai. Our office is just a simple room where the phone is usually ringing off the hook. We have a small crew that handles the cab bookings and talks to our drivers throughout the day. Mhada Colony is the kind of place where people recognize each other, so we have a lot of regular customers who live nearby. We make sure the cabs are clean and that the air conditioning is actually working, which is why we have the name "Cool Cab." We are not some big corporate company with a fancy headquarters. We just have our desks, our phones, and our maps. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with cars around Plot No 29 when the drivers are switching shifts. We spend most of our time figuring out the best routes and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are going. It involves a lot of talking on the phone and keeping an eye on the clock. We try to be honest with people about how long they will have to wait, especially when the traffic is bad. We have been doing this in Mulund for a while now and we know the area well.
