Sunny Cabs has been operating out of Worli West for a good number of years now. Our small office is located on Gokuldham Krishna Vatika Road, right inside Krishna Niwas. It is not one of those big, fancy transport companies you see on TV with hundreds of shiny cars. We just have a few reliable vehicles and some drivers who really know the Mumbai streets. Most of the time, the drivers are just sitting around the office waiting for the phone to ring. We get a lot of calls from people heading to the station or needing a ride to the airport late at night. Driving in this part of town can be a real headache with the constant traffic and the narrow lanes, but we have lived here long enough to manage it. The office itself is pretty simple. There is a desk, a couple of chairs, and a map of the city on the wall that we probably don't even need anymore. We don't have any apps or high-tech booking systems. You just call the number, and we see who is available to come pick you up. It’s a very local business. Many of our customers are neighbors who have been using us since we first started. We don't do much in the way of advertising because people just know where we are. We just try to get people where they are going without too much trouble, and that keeps us busy enough throughout the day and night.
