We are based in Andheri East, tucked away in the Balabhatt Compound on Cross Road. Our business is pretty simple; we rent out things that people need. It could be equipment or space, depending on the day. The compound is always full of activity, with trucks and cars coming in and out all the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on the items we have for rent. It’s a practical job. We make sure everything is in working order before it goes out to a customer. Andheri East is a central spot, so we get people from all over Mumbai. Sometimes they are in a hurry and just want to get the paperwork done quickly. We try to accommodate that without skipping the important details. It’s not a polished corporate operation. We handle things personally. If there is a problem, you talk to us directly. We’ve been in this location for a bit and know the shortcut roads to avoid the worst traffic around here. It helps when we need to get somewhere fast. We just focus on keeping the rentals moving and the customers happy with what they get.
