Cool Cab

We operate out of Mulund West, right on Dargah Road. Our base is in the Sai Niketan Cooperative Housing Center, which is quite close to Omega High School. We run a cab service for the local area and beyond. Most of our time is spent on the road or coordinating where the cars need to go next. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the schedules to make sure drivers are where they should be. The neighborhood is usually very busy with school traffic in the mornings, so we have to plan around that. We have a small spot in the housing center for our office work. It’s mostly just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks safe. We don’t have a massive fleet of cars, just enough to keep things moving and serve our customers. We know the roads around Mulund like the back of our hands by now. It’s a lot of driving in the heat and the heavy rain during monsoon. People just want to get where they are going without much fuss, so that’s exactly what we provide. We aren't a big fancy company with a thousand cars and a call center. We just have our local regulars and the occasional new person who finds our number. The office is very simple with just some chairs and a desk. We’ve been here a good while and the people around Dargah Road know us well. We just keep the engines running and make sure folks get home.
