We don't have a big physical shopfront that you can just walk into like a grocery store. Mostly, we operate through the internet and this email address you see here. Yogesh started this up because there was a need for better network stuff around here. It’s a private limited company but it really feels more like a few people working hard on their laptops. We spend most of our days replying to emails and fixing connection issues for people. Since we are Vjive Networks (I) Pvt.Ltd., we deal with a lot of technical things that might seem boring to others. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens. Sometimes we meet up in a small space in Mumbai, but the email is where everything happens. If you send a message to the Gmail account, it goes right to Yogesh. We try to get back to everyone by the next day if we can. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist. It is just us doing the work from wherever we are. We've been doing this for a bit now and have grown quite used to the digital way of working. It saves on rent and keeps things simple. We don't have a lot of rules, we just make sure the networks are running like they should. It’s a quiet way to run a business but it works for us and our clients seem okay with it too. It is just how things are done these days I guess.
