We are located at 503 B, Raj Residency, which is in Mahavir Nagar in Kandivali West. It is a residential area, so it is usually quite peaceful around here, which helps when we are trying to focus on our design work. We do both architecture and interior design, so our tables are often covered in big drawings and material boards. Living and working in Kandivali is great because everything we need is right here. Raj Residency is a familiar building to most people who live in Mahavir Nagar. We do not have a massive office staff. It is more of a personal setup where we can sit down and really look at what a client needs for their home or office. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or visiting various sites around Mumbai. It is not always easy getting around the city traffic, but we make it work. The office has a lot of natural light, which is good for looking at paint colors and different textures. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw plans, pick out materials, and try to make sure the building turns out okay in the end. It is a lot of small details that most people wouldn't notice, but they matter to us. We have been doing this for a while now and we just take it one project at a time as they come in.
