Designers group

Designers group is located at 2-Sumeet Sadan on the ground floor. We are on Bhagoji Keer Marg in Mahim, which is a very familiar part of the neighborhood, especially since we are near Paradise Theatre. Being on the ground floor makes it very easy for people to just walk in off the street. It’s a nice, older building that has a lot of character. We don't have a big sign with lights, just the name on the door. Inside, the space is set up for our design work. There are long tables where we can spread out drawings and a few desks for the staff. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. The area around Mahim has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. You can hear the neighborhood sounds throughout the day. We don’t use any fancy corporate language here. We are just a group of people who enjoy what they do and need a decent place to do it. The office is simple, with some bookshelves and our equipment. It feels like a part of the local community. We usually keep the door closed to keep out the dust, but we’re always here during the usual hours. We spend a lot of time just talking about how to fix things or where to put a specific piece of furniture. It’s a very hands-on way to work.
