We are tucked away in Sarvoday Nagar, on Panjrapole Road, at G 76. This area is known for this kind of work. It’s an industrial vibe, very loud and very busy. Being in the metal business means there’s always the sound of machines running or metal clanging together. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We are usually in old clothes that can stand a bit of grease and dirt. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We’ve got our machines set up and there is a specific way we do things that has worked for us for a long time. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. Panjrapole Road can be a nightmare for traffic, so we have to plan our pickups and deliveries carefully. We don't have a big office staff. It’s mostly just us doing the actual work. We've stayed in this location because it’s central for our regular customers. They know where to find us and they know we don’t mess around with fancy talk. We just tell them what can be done and how long it will take. It’s an honest way to make a living. We take pride in just getting through the day’s orders without too much fuss. It is a gritty job, but it’s ours and we have been doing it for many years now.
