Vinta Ss Export

Vinta Ss Export is situated at Plot No. 14 in the Shakti Industrial Premises. We are part of the Piramal Industrial Estate over in Piramal Nagar, just off the SV Road. It is a big area with a lot of different businesses all pushed together. Our office is a small room where we keep all the records and talk to the shippers. The industrial estate can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to the layout. There are always trucks backing in and out, and the sound of machinery is everywhere. I spend most of my time checking on the boxes we are getting ready to send out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. SV Road is usually jammed with cars, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. We have been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We just focus on getting the exports handled properly. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the labels are right. Everyone in the Shakti building knows each other, so we often share a tea in the afternoon. It is just a standard industrial unit where people work hard to get things moving. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, so we have to carry things up the stairs, which is quite a workout.
