About Vinod G Ghosalkar – Business Consulting in Mumbai
I’ve been working out of this space at Tardeo for quite some time now. It’s on the third floor of building number six, so I get my daily exercise just by coming into work every morning. The stairs are a bit steep, but you get used to it after a while. Tardeo is always busy, and there’s usually a lot of noise coming up from the street, but once the windows are shut, it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan and the keyboard. My desk is tucked into a corner where I can see a bit of the sky if I lean back. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some old wooden chairs, a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paper. Most days, I’m just here trying to stay on top of things. People stop by sometimes, usually looking for someone else or asking for directions, and I don't mind the distraction. Around noon, the smell of food from the neighboring flats starts drifting in, which usually reminds me that I’ve forgotten to eat lunch again. I usually just grab something quick from the small stall downstairs. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, nothing too complicated. We just do what needs doing and try to keep everything organized in our own way. It’s been this way for years, and I don’t see it changing much anytime soon.
