Vimal Metals

Vimal Metals is a small place located at 91 Maruti Mandir Marg. We are right in the 5th Kumbharwada area. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes can get. It is a very old neighborhood with a lot of history in metal work. We fit right in. We deal with different types of metals and it is usually a bit of a squeeze inside the shop. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to use a ladder that wobbles a bit to get what someone wants. It is a busy street and there is always someone walking by or a cart moving through. We don't have a big corporate team. It is just a few of us. We talk to the neighbors and sometimes share a meal in the afternoon. It is more like a family than a company. We have been here for years and we know the regulars. If you need a piece of metal, we probably have it tucked away somewhere in a corner. We don't use fancy computers for everything. We still write things down in a ledger sometimes. It is just the way we have always done it. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down and the street gets quiet. Working in Kumbharwada is just part of who we are now.
