Villa Theresa High School

We’re tucked away on Dr Gopal Rao Deshmukh Marg, right in the Cumballa Hill area. It’s an old part of the city, and the school has been sitting at number 66 for a long time. The street can get a bit narrow with traffic, but once you step inside the gates, it’s a different world. We have a lot of history in these walls. The hallways are high-ceilinged and sometimes the floors creak, but that’s just how it is with older buildings. We don't have a giant campus, but we make the most of every corner we have. The students are always running around during the breaks. We have teachers who have been with us for years, almost like part of the furniture. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the girls are doing okay. It’s a busy place, especially when school lets out and the parents are waiting on the hill. We deal with the daily grind of city life, the humidity, and the crowded buses. It’s a local landmark for many families who have sent their daughters here for generations. We try to keep things organized, though it gets hectic. It’s a school with a lot of character, mostly because of the people who come here every morning. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, without making a big fuss about things and keeping the routine going year after year.
