Ramzanali English High School Junior College

Ramzanali English High School Junior College is situated on Malvani Veer Abdul Habib Marg in Malad West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, right near the Savera Cinema, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. You hear the horns and the people passing by even when you’re inside the classrooms. The school and the junior college share the space, so we have a mix of younger kids and those getting ready for their board exams. It’s a tall building because that’s how things are in this city. The corridors are narrow, and we have to manage the crowds when the bells ring for the change of periods. Most of the students come from the local Malvani area, so they walk or take the rickshaws. The morning shift starts while it's still relatively cool, but by noon, the heat really kicks in. We have a lot of stairs to climb every day, which keeps everyone moving. The office stays busy with parents coming in to ask about fees or leaving certificates. It’s a practical place, focused on getting the syllabus finished and making sure the college students attend their lectures. We don't have much room for big gardens, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s just a regular Mumbai school life with all the bustle and the constant energy of the neighborhood right outside the door.
