Orchids The International School

We're over here on S G Burve Road in Kurla West. It's a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our gates. The kids start arriving pretty early in the morning, and the building stays loud with all the chatter until the afternoon. The classrooms are just where they need to be, nothing too fancy, just desks and boards. Teachers are always around, doing their thing and trying to keep everyone on track. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running smoothly. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, especially during the monsoon when the roads get messy, but once everyone is inside, it settles down. It's an international school, so we deal with a lot of different subjects and schedules every day. We don't really do anything flashy, just follow the routine that works. The kids have their books, their lunch breaks, and a bit of play time in the designated areas. We make sure the gates are locked on time for safety. Mumbai is usually hot, so the fans are always spinning in the rooms. We've been here for a bit now. People in the Kurla neighborhood know where we are located. It’s just a regular school day most of the time. We try to keep the hallways clear and the office stays busy with the paperwork. We see the same parents at the gate every day. It's a lot of work but we just get on with it like anyone else.
