Vikas Kumar Singh is based over in Malad East. The office is really just a single room, specifically Room No 3 on Rani Sati Marg. It is located in the Shiv building. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Bhageshwari Mandir, which most people in this area know well. The street is usually full of people and vendors, so it is quite lively outside. Inside Room No 3, things are much more basic. We have a couple of chairs and a table where we handle all our business. It is not the kind of place that has a receptionist or a waiting room. We just work with what we have. Malad East is a busy part of the city, and being on Rani Sati Marg puts us right in the middle of it all. We have been here for a long time, so we are comfortable with the noise and the crowds. It is an honest little workspace. We don’t use any big words or try to impress anyone with the decor. It is just where Vikas Kumar Singh gets things done. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. It’s a simple arrangement for a simple business. We like being part of the local community here.
