We've been at Sujeevan C.H.S. for a while now. Most folks in Vileparle (E) know the spot near Utkarsha Mandal. Dealing with steel processing is what we do daily. It’s a lot of noisy work, cutting and shaping metal to whatever size is needed. The office is tucked away on Mahant Road. It isn't a fancy glass building, just a place where we get through the paperwork and talk to customers. Sometimes the traffic on the extension road gets bad, but we manage. My team and I have spent years learning how steel behaves. It's heavy stuff. We deal with various industries that need specific pieces. Often, someone comes in with a rough drawing and we figure it out together. It’s not always pretty. There’s grease and the smell of metal everywhere. We just try to get the jobs done right so they can go out on time. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing here besides the saws. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking in because they saw the sign. We keep our records in old folders mostly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the steel work stays pretty much the same day in and day out. It's just what we do here.
