Vijay Parikh Associates

You can find us at Shree Vastu Enclave in Andheri East. We’re on the 4th Main Road, specifically near the 5th Cross by the Pump House area. It’s a well-known landmark around here, so most people don’t have trouble finding the office. Vijay Parikh Associates is a small setup. We don't have a whole floor or a fleet of cars. It's just a few desks and some very full filing cabinets. Working in Andheri East means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and checking our notes from the day before. We spend a fair amount of time out of the office, too, meeting people or looking at properties near the Pump House. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren't one. We’re just local people who know this part of the city really well. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around, or the traffic is just stuck for hours, but we manage. We like the fact that people can just drop in and talk to us without needing a fancy appointment weeks in advance. It’s a very hands-on job. We’ve been at this long enough to know the history of many of the buildings around here. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s honest work and we like the community we’re part of.
