Our office is in Building No 13, Shop No 6, located in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West. We are really close to the Oshiwara Police Station, which is usually the landmark we tell people to look for when they’re trying to find us. Andheri West is a loud and busy place, and our little shop is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a small space, mostly just enough room for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets for all the associates' paperwork. We spend our days handling various property matters and helping people navigate the local real estate scene. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting people at odd hours because everyone in Mumbai is always so busy. The shop isn't fancy, just some basic furniture and a lot of files, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. Sometimes we go over to the nearby tea stall to talk things over when the office feels a bit cramped. People stop by to ask about rentals or buying a shop space in the area quite often. We don't use any big words or complicated sales tactics; we just tell people what we know and try to help them out. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the monsoon rain or the summer heat, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't mind it much anymore. Just look for Shop 6 in building 13.
