Vighnahar Computers

Working out of Panvel in the Gurukrupa Apartment building. It’s unit 123. Most of the day is spent looking at screens or opening up computer cases that have gathered way too much dust over the years. We started this because we like messing around with hardware and fixing things that people thought were broken for good. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit crowded when there are five or six monitors waiting for parts. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just a door and some tools. People from around Panvel bring their laptops when they won't start or if the screen is cracked. Sometimes it’s just a simple virus or a slow hard drive. We tell them how it is and what it might cost to fix. We don't use a lot of tech talk because it just confuses people. If it’s fixable, we do it. If it’s junk, we say so. There’s always a cup of tea on the desk and some cables tangled up somewhere. It’s a quiet life mostly, just keep busy with the repairs. We’ve seen all kinds of old machines. Some people really hang onto their old PCs. We just try to help them keep those things running a bit longer. That's what we do here in our corner of the apartment.
