We're located in Goregaon West, specifically at Bhagat Singh Nagar No 1 on Link Road. If you live in this part of Mumbai, you probably know the area can get pretty hectic. Our shop is at 109/29. We spend most of our time dealing with broken laptops, slow PCs, and people who just need a new mouse or a printer cable. It’s not a big, shiny showroom. It's more of a workspace where there are always a few computers pulled apart on the benches. We see a lot of students and office workers from the neighborhood. Most of them are in a hurry because their work stopped when their computer died. We try to get to things as fast as we can, but some repairs just take time. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it’s dead and show what needs to happen next. It’s honest work. Sometimes we’re just setting up a basic home router or helping someone install some software. Mumbai moves fast, and we just try to keep up with the demand for tech help in our little corner of Goregaon. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the lights on. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop, just a reliable spot for the locals who need their gear fixed without any fuss.
