You can find us at No. 279 on the upper ground floor of Dream The Mall, which is on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. Our office is a busy little spot where we try to help people find jobs and companies find staff. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone for most of the day. We have stacks of resumes that we go through to see who might fit where. The mall can be quite a loud place, especially during the holidays, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs for candidates who come in for their interviews. Sometimes they look nervous, so we try to just talk to them normally. We handle all sorts of roles, from entry-level positions to more experienced ones. Being in Bhandup is convenient because the station isn't too far away. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us doing the daily grind. We spend a lot of time emailing and calling back and forth. It’s not always exciting, but it’s good when we hear that someone got the job. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate slogans on our walls. It’s just a plain office with computers and files. We show up every morning, check our messages, and start the process all over again. It's just regular work in a regular mall and we try to do it right.
