You can find R U Import Export Pvt. Ltd. at No. 605 in the Danji Shamji Trade Center. We’re right opposite the bus depot in Vidyavihar. It’s a very practical location because the transport is right there. The trade center is always full of people moving in different directions. Our office is on the sixth floor. It’s a functional space where we handle both imports and exports. We have a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets a bit loud when the buses pull into the depot across the street, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. We don't spend money on big advertisements or polished brochures. People find out about us mostly through word of mouth. The office feels lived-in, with tea cups on the desks and boxes piled in the corners. It’s just the way we work. We focus on getting the shipments cleared and making sure the numbers match up. There isn't anything special about the way we do things, we just stay consistent. The hallway outside can be a bit dark sometimes, but our door is clearly marked. We’ve been in Vidyavihar for a while and like being part of the trade center community. It’s just a straightforward business where we show up and do the job as best as we can.
