Veer Steel Arts

Veer Steel Arts is located in Gala Number 2 of the Chabra Industrial Estate in Santacruz East. We are pretty close to the Kalpataru Building, which is a big landmark around here. The estate is a noisy place, filled with the sounds of metal hitting metal and machines running all day. Our gala is packed with tools, scraps of steel, and the things we are working on. It’s a dusty environment, but that’s what happens when you work with these materials. We don't have a clean, white office. We have workbenches and heavy gloves. Most of the time, our hands are dirty from the job. We spend our hours cutting, shaping, and moving heavy pieces around. It’s physical work and it can get quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. We’ve been in this spot for years. The other guys in the industrial estate are all friends now. We share tools sometimes or grab a quick snack from the cart outside. It isn't a glamorous business, but we take pride in what we make. There’s no big sign with lights, just the name painted near the door. We stay busy with the orders that come in and try to keep things organized despite the clutter. There is a small radio in the corner that usually plays the local station while we work. It helps pass the time on the harder days.
