We are based out of the KSSIDC Industrial Estate in Vile Parle East. Specifically, you can find our setup at Jitendra Bhuvan, which is part of the Bommasandara area. Being in an industrial estate means it’s never really quiet. There are trucks constantly moving in and out, and the sound of machinery is just part of the background here. Our unit, number 3, isn't anything fancy. It’s a functional space designed for moving steel around without a lot of fuss. The floors are concrete and have plenty of scratches from years of moving heavy loads. We have a small corner partitioned off for the paperwork, but mostly it’s just open space. The sunlight hits the metal sheets in the afternoon and makes the whole place glow, which is about as much decoration as we have. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because it would just get covered in dust within a day anyway. Most of the staff has been here since we opened up in this location. We know the other shop owners in the estate, and we usually share a kettle of tea in the mornings while we check the delivery schedules. It’s the kind of place where your hands get dirty and the work is straightforward. We don't have big meetings; we just talk over the noise and get the orders ready for the trucks waiting outside.
