You can find us at Bomanji Lane, tucked inside the Daruwala Compound. We operate out of New Mazda Alis House in the Fort area. It’s a very old part of the city with extremely narrow lanes. Moving big furniture in and out of here can be a real struggle because of the tight spaces and the parked cars. We spend a lot of our time in our trucks or carrying heavy boxes up and down stairs. V Packers & Movers is basically exactly what the name says. We pack things up and move them to a new place. We’ve been doing this for a long time in this neighborhood. Fort is always a busy place, so there’s usually something happening outside our door. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a wooden desk and some chairs and lots of rolls of packing tape and bubble wrap lying around the floor. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. Most people find us because they saw our trucks parked somewhere or they heard about us from a neighbor. The work is very physical and it gets tiring by the end of the day. We deal with all sorts of stuff, from heavy wooden wardrobes to small boxes of kitchen plates. Sometimes things get delayed because the traffic in South Bombay is a total mess. We just try to get the job done and go home.
