Alba Packer & Movers

Alba Packer & Movers is based out of number 68 in the Blue Hills Society at Dana Bunder. We are right opposite the Nms Hotel, so it is a pretty easy spot to locate in the neighborhood. Our office is mostly a place to store stacks of empty cardboard boxes, rolls of brown tape, and thick moving blankets. We spend more time out on the road and in other people's houses than we do sitting behind our desks. When we are at the office, we are usually busy coordinating where the trucks need to go next or checking the condition of our packing supplies. The floors are a bit worn down from dragging heavy crates around, and there is always a stray piece of bubble wrap floating somewhere. Moving stuff is hard work and it makes for long days, especially in the heat. We don't have any fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty or sweaty. We talk to a lot of people who are stressed about moving their whole lives to a new place, so we just try to stay calm and get the packing done. The area around Dana Bunder is always busy with people and vehicles, so parking our trucks can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just focus on getting the items wrapped up safely and loaded onto the truck without any fuss or broken glass.
