We operate out of the Shiv Mangal Compound, specifically at unit B-G/8. This place is located on the A. G. Link Road, not far from the Shiv Prabha Housing Society. A good way to find us is to look for the Pyarelal Garage, as we are right behind it. The compound is always full of activity, with mechanics working on cars and trucks moving in and out. It is a bit of a dusty area, and the smell of oil from the garage is always in the air. We spend our days surrounded by stacks of cardboard boxes and rolls of bubble wrap. Our workspace is mostly open floor so we have room to pack and move things around. It is physical work that keeps us on our feet for most of the day. The Link Road outside is one of the busiest in the area, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. We start our mornings by checking the schedule and getting the packing materials ready. The walls of the unit are plain, and we have a small corner with a table for our logs and files. When the weather gets humid, it can be quite tiring, but we just keep at it. Most of the other businesses in the compound are like us, small and focused on their own daily tasks. It is an honest, straightforward place to work in a busy part of town.
