Uttam Steel Ltd is located at Flat No. G-1, 83, in the Nandanvan Colony. We are right on Manik Bagh Road here in Indore. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big industrial zone. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by without having to climb a lot of stairs. Indore is a great city, and being in a colony like Nandanvan feels very much like being part of a community. We aren't a massive corporation with a skyscraper. We just use this flat to manage our steel business. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating deliveries from here. The living room is the main office and we’ve got desks set up where the dining table probably used to be. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the door. You just walk up to the flat. We deal with steel supplies and logistics all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the phones, but mostly it’s just a steady pace of work. We’ve been in Indore 452014 for quite some time now and we like the balance of being in a neighborhood while still doing our business. It's simple and it's real.
