Urco Steel Traders

Urco Steel Traders is based at 30/31 B on the Ground Floor of the Lokhand area in Mumbai Central. We’re in the B Wing, right at Garware Chowk and across from Anjuman College. It’s a very industrial part of the city, which suits what we do perfectly. We deal in steel, so our shop is full of heavy materials and the sound of metal moving around. It’s not a place for someone who wants a clean, quiet office. It’s gritty and practical. We spend our time taking orders, cutting pieces to size, and loading up trucks. The location near the college makes it easy for people to find us, even though the Chowk gets really crowded with traffic. We’ve been part of the steel trade in Mumbai Central for a long time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just have the stock and the tools to get the work done. The team here is small, just a few guys who know their way around different types of steel. We talk to contractors and builders all day long. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. We don’t use any corporate jargon or big promises. We just tell you what we have and when it can be ready. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years because it works for us and our customers. It is just real work done by people who understand the trade.
