Urban Investment & Property Solutions

Our office is located at 1303 in the Hiranandani building, right in the heart of Bandra West. We are directly opposite Mehboob Studio, so there’s always something interesting happening outside on the street. Urban Investment & Property Solutions is where we spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to live or invest their money. The office is usually pretty quiet, save for the sound of the traffic outside. We have a decent view of the area from up here, which helps when we're trying to describe a neighborhood to a client. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty relaxed. There’s no dress code really, just shirts and trousers. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and going through stacks of legal documents. Bandra is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it without getting too stressed out. Most of us have lived in Mumbai for a long time, so we know the city well. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab rolls or sandwiches for the whole team. It’s a good group of people, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need to say much to know what needs to be done. We keep things straightforward and try to stay out of the corporate drama.
