Sunrise Properties & Investments

Our place, Sunrise Properties & Investments, is located at 4 Andheri Vijay Nagar. We are right by the Petrol Pump Char Rasta in the Victoria Building. Andheri is a hectic place, and our corner near the petrol pump is probably one of the busiest spots you can find. There’s always the sound of horns and people rushing to get somewhere. Inside the Victoria Building, it’s a bit calmer, but not by much. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we sit and talk to people about where they want to live or invest their money. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just tell it like it is. Some days are slow and we just sit around watching the rain or the traffic, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. People from all over Andheri come by because they know where the Victoria Building is. We’ve got stacks of paper and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our best work. We know the shortcuts around Vijay Nagar and which buildings have the best views. It’s a lot of running around, but we enjoy being in the middle of everything. It’s a real job for real people, and we try to keep it that way without adding any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
